DMM is moving to a new manuscript submission and peer review system. From 18 June, to submit a new submission please go to https://www.editorialmanager.com/dmm/default.aspx and select 'Submit New Manuscript' from the Author Main Menu. Revised manuscripts and submissions in progress may be submitted here in BenchPress until 31 July.
